Upstairs in Bohemia is The Late Lounge, where you can come on an exclusive journey during a ‘cocktail masterclass.’ You and your guests can enjoy a private bar with a mixologist bartender to yourselves, who will teach you a few tricks of the trade. This is conducted by a senior bartender mixologist and is great fun for any celebration!
The expert mixologists at the best cocktail bar in Brighton will teach you all the techniques used to mix up some of our luscious libations using smoke and foam to name a few. They will then invite you to mix, muddle and stir up some fabulous cocktails of your own behind the bar.
Our masterclasses are very interactive and everyone will be given the opportunity to make the cocktails themselves (as well as drink them)! We cater for large and small groups, and masterclasses can be certain drinks-themed upon request (depending upon requirements.)
The Veuve Clicquot Roof Terrace is situated just off of The Late Lounge; this is a beautiful glass-walled area where, in warmer months, guests can enjoy the cocktails they have just produced.
